People choose their favorites in 50+ Shades of Grey exhibit

The Bowling Green Arts Council awarded People’s Choice Awards during the Feb. 21 openings of the 50+ Shades of Grey, at the Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main Street, Bowling Green.

The exhibit features the work of 25 artists who are 50 years of age or older, will be on exhibit through March 26.

The People’s Choice Award winner was David Lorek, for Fuzzy Moon, water color, 2020.

People’s Choice First Runner Up was Randy Bennett, for Untitled (featuring African American Women), mixed media, 2019.

The People’s Choice Second Runner Up was Marge Meserve, Winter Birds, water color/encaustic, 2019

50+ Shades of Grey is sponsored by the BG Arts Council and the Wood County Committee on Aging.
