The Safe Communities of Wood County coalition is sponsoring a billboard contest for all Wood County High School aged students.
This contest awards two deserving students a $250 Amazon gift card for their winning design reflecting on the dangers of distracted driving. All contest participants who meet the entry requirements receive a $25 gift card.
This billboard contest is to highlight the dangers of distracted driving during National Distracted Driving Month in April. Two roadside billboards have been donated by Lamar Advertising and the winning designs will be displayed during the month throughout Wood County.
