The Bowling Green Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle injury crash on US 20 near US 23 in Wood County.
Troopers on scene have reported that all lanes of travel have been restricted on US 20 east of US 23.
They are asking that motorists proceed with caution through the area.
