The annual Sunset Jazz and Art Festival will return to Grand Rapids this summer Sunday, Aug. 21, 2 p.m. to sunset along the towpath. Featuring live jazz performances, food, drink, the festival hosts a juried art show and sale.
Artists who wish to exhibit at the event are asked to submit three photos of their work to be evaluated by a panel of judges. All work must be original and hand-produced by the entrant.

The headliner will be local jazz master Gene Parker. He’ll hit the stage with a group of his musician friends at 6 p.m. and play until the sun sets.

- Tim Tiderman’s Organic Ingredients (band), 2:30-3:15 p.m.
- Ramona Collins, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
- Sixth Edition, 4:45-5:45 p.m.
