The Toledo Museum of Art is closely monitoring guidance from government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Ohio Department of Health, and will continue to follow their direction as new information about coronavirus (COVID-19) is released.

  • Saturday, March 28: Art House Film: Loving Vincent
  • Sunday, March 29: FREE Great Performances: University of Toledo Outstanding Student Recital.

Updated information about these programs will be shared once new dates have been confirmed. Tickets for any of the above events will be refunded in full. Ticket purchases made using a credit card will be refunded automatically. Those who paid in cash are encouraged to call (419) 255-8000 ext. 7448 in regards to their refund.

In addition to these postponements, the Museum’s Family Center will be temporarily closed, effective Thursday, March 12 through March 31. The hands-on activities located in the Community Gallery and in other Museum galleries will also be taken off view.

TMA is closely monitoring guidance from government agencies and will continue to follow their direction as new information about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is released. The above guidelines are subject to change or be extended as deemed necessary by the Museum.

TMA took precautionary measures last week to help mitigate the spread of the virus. These steps included:

  • Positioning additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the Museum
  • Keeping restrooms stocked with additional hand soap and paper towels
  • Increasing efforts to clean and disinfect “high-touch” surfaces and heavily trafficked spaces
