Two people die in Route 20 crash Saturday evening

Two Woodville residents died in three-vehicle crash in Troy Township Saturday evening (12/9/2023).

The Wood County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a three-vehicle crash at US 20 (Fremont Pike) and Lemoyne Road in Troy Township at 6:58 p.m.

Both Hahn and Harding, a passenger in the vehicle, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The Kia Soul was operated by Samantha Hammons of Toledo, who was transported to Mercy St. Vincent’s Hospital in Toledo with minor injuries and later released. Heather Hammons and Asia Hammons, both of Toledo, were rear seat passengers in the Kia and not injured.

The Dodge Journey was operated by Zachery Bollinger, with passengers Megan Jock and Gabriella Bollinger, all of Clyde and all of whom were transported to Mercy St. Vincent Toledo for treatment of minor injuries.

Assisting on location was Lake Township Police, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Troy Township Fire and EMS, Pemberville Fire and EMS, Lake Township Fire and EMS, Ohio Department of Transportation, Ray’s Towing. Shipley’s Towing, and Frank’s Towing.
