From GFWC WOMEN’S CLUB OF BOWLING GREEN
GFWC Women’s Club of Bowling Green will hold its next monthly meeting on Wednesday, April 1, at 7 p.m., at First Christian Church on the corner of Haskins Road and Poe Road, with social time beginning at 6:30 p.m. Lindsey Ruivivar from the Wood County Community Health Center will present a program on the “Integrated Care Model – Expanding Access to Care for the Community.”
Also at the meeting, music will be presented by students of the BGSU Musical Arts program. President Candace Gillen will conduct a short business meeting, including a report on Legislation Day held on March 21, plans of the annual May breakfast, and committee chair announcements. Members should watch for emails regarding the Garden Group, Literature Group, and Ladies Who Lunch.
The designated charity for the evening is The Cocoon. The club will make a donation of $200 on behalf of members. Hostesses for the evening are Sharon Franklin, Kim Roessner, and Pam Volmar.
