Betty L. White, 96, of Waterville, OH, died August 29, 2016 at Kingston Care Center of Sylvania. She was born November 3, 1919 in Lima, OH to Ralph and Margurite (Smith) Morton. Betty worked as a clerk at Lion Store for 20 years. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Maumee, OH. Betty loved chocolate, shopping, camping in her younger years, going on cruises and dancing at Centennial Terrace. Survivors include children, Doug (Charlotte) Schroeder, Barton (LindaLu Bender) Schroder, Thomas (Andrea) Schroeder, Kathleen (Brian) Koevenig, and Kristeen (Kevin) Foster, 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and her companion Chuck Popovich. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands, Orville Schroeder and Reid White. Friends and family are invited to visitation Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, 7220 Dutch Rd. Waterville, OH. Funeral Services will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Memorial Donations are encouraged to Senior Independence Hospice.
