Bowling Green Police requested a warrant for domestic violence after officers responded to a report of an assault outside a bar in the 100 block of North Main Street on Saturday at 1:53 a.m.
A downtown video reportedly showed Dyrail Liggins, 25, of Fremont, striking a woman in the area of her throat. Another woman then reportedly ran after Liggins and jumped on his back. The video then reportedly showed Liggins shoving a couple women.
Liggins reportedly drove off as soon as officers arrived on the scene. Police asked the court to issue a warrant for his arrest.
