Final day at the fair ends with demolition derby

Ovation Circus Acts lit up the midway Friday evening as members strolled the fairgrounds in lighted costumes and walking on stilts.

Today is the final day of the 2025 Wood County Fair. The junior fair livestock sale is today, and the demolition derby is the final event in the grandstands. Some of the livestock barns will have fewer animals because the market animals have been released. Other projects will start to be released after the demolition derby begins at 5 p.m.
