Graphic novels aimed young readers focus of reading group

Students aged 5-11 and up are invited to a book discussion about some favorite early reader graphic novels at the Wood County District Public Library.

 The Graphic Novel Book Discussions are held on the third Mondays of the month through April at 6 p.m. in the Children’s Place at the Bowling Green Library.

Copies of the graphic novel for each month are available for checkout from the library. No registration is required. For more information, call (419) 352-8253 or email woodkids@wcdpl.org.

  • January 22 – Donut Feed the Squirrels by Mika Song
  • February 12 – Narwhal’s Otter Friend by Ben Clanton
  • March 18 – Waffles and Pancake: Planetary-Yum by Drew Brockington
  • April 22 – Scaredy Squirrel: In a Nutshell by Melanie Watts
