LeadingAge Ohio honors Hospice of Northwest Ohio

From HOSPICE OF NORTHWEST OHIO

Hospice of Northwest Ohio has been awarded the 2019 Heart of Hospice – Rose and Sam Stein Award from LeadingAge Ohio. The award recognizes a group or individual that has made a significant, innovative and extraordinary contribution to hospice and end-of-life care.

The award was presented at LeadingAge Ohio’s annual conference and trade show this month in Columbus Ohio. Hospice of Northwest Ohio President and CEO Judy Seibenick was on-hand to receive the award.

“We are humbled and honored to be recognized by our peers for the work we do,” says Mrs. Seibenick. “As the Toledo region’s legacy provider, Hospice of Northwest Ohio continues to serve the community by fostering partnerships and providing innovative resources including palliative and hospice care, professional education and community outreach programs.”
