Poets: the Wood County District Public Library wants to hear your poems! Join WCDPL for an Open Mic Poetry Night on Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 6:30 p.m. in Meeting Room A&B at the Bowling Green Library.
All poets from the community are invited to come and read their poems about any subject. Poems should be no longer than three minutes, and should be free of curse words, derogatory speech, and remain respectable to others.
Poets must submit their poems to woodref@wcdpl.org at least 24 hours in advance of the performance date, and are asked to register for a performance slot by calling (419) 352-5050, emailing woodref@wcdpl.org, or registering online at wcdpl.org/events. To come and listen to the poems, no registration is required.
