No more tickets are available for astronaut Dr. Mae Jemison’s talk.
Mary Boone, public relations coordinator for the Wood County District Public Library, said that tickets went very quickly once the program was announced. Seating to library trustees Monday, she said has a waiting list of 65 for the March 9 event. She is encouraging people who got the free tickets to return them if they realize they cannot attend.
The talk is being held in the Bowling Green Performing Arts Center.
Jemison’s talk is part of the library’s Foundation Series.
