Senator Randy Gardner was named Ohio Legislator of the Year Thursday by the Ohio Council of Behavioral Health Providers for his work on important mental health issues and legislation. He was joined at the awards luncheon by Marsha Mruk, Vice President for Behavioral Health at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky.
