Robert Wolfe, 78, of Delaware, Ohio passed away March 19, 2023. He was born November 24, 1944, in Bucyrus Ohio to the late Fenton and Sally (Hare) Wolfe. He married Karen Chrisman on June 21, 1969, and she lives in Delaware Ohio.
Bobs favorite hobby was golf, and he played a lot of it. Bob’s fondest memories were spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events. Bobs football coaching career spanned 42 years. He was the head coach at Trinity High School in Garfield Heights, Ohio. He was the Defensive Coordinator at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, and the Head Coach at Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio.
Bob is survived by Karen, his wife of 54 years. Bob is survived by his children, Eric (Becca) Wolfe of Findlay, Ohio and Christine (Jim) Massey of Powell, Ohio. Bob’s grandchildren are Errol, A.J., Adelynn, Tyler, Mary, Abby and Lindy Kay. Bobs surviving brothers are David (Laura) Wolfe of Dublin, Ohio and Chris (Liz) Wolfe of Canton, Michigan.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Fenton and Sally Wolfe and son Kevin Wolfe.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday April 11, 2023, at 11:00am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 10700 Liberty Road, Powell, Ohio 43065. Immediately following the Mass, a luncheon will be served in the social room at the Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
