Thomas E Christoff

Thomas Edward Christoff passed away at the age of eighty-eight years old on Friday, November 24th surrounded by the beautiful faces of his beloved wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Tom (as he was known by all) was born in North Baltimore, Ohio then migrated with his Father, Andy, brother John and Sister Anna Lee to Arlington Ohio where he met the love of his life and mother to his children, Virginia. They dated through their teen years and married in 1952. The ensuing years brought them seven children: Shelly, Beth, Melissa, Jeff, Emily, Steve and Tony as well as fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. 
 
Tom’s grit and ambition brought life to several businesses with his brother John Christoff including: Christoff’s Ready mix, Grand Rapids Trailer Park, The Y Trailer Park, South View Estates, Christoff’s building Supplies and he continued with Christoff’s R.V.s. Sales and Service.
 
Tom’s commitment to his family was a hallmark of his very being. He was always there to fix a flat tire, watch a grandchild, give a ride, give words of wisdom, go to a child’s football game, wrestling match, band concert, Little league game, choir concert, band concert, Piano recital, art show and drum and bugle corps show. 
 
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 30th at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home in Bowling Green, Ohio from 10:00 am until the time of his Funeral Service at 12:00.  Burial will immediately follow at Weaver Cemetery in North Baltimore.
