The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce has announced the ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Suites of BG. The official ceremony will take place on Tuesday, June 23, at 4 p.m., at 128 S. Prospect St., Bowling Green.
The Suites of BG is a collaborative space dedicated to supporting women-owned businesses. The location brings together All About You Aesthetics and Wellness, owned by Dot Barnes; Kalifornia Glow, owned by Kali Hammer; Desert Rose Beauty, owned by Taylor Shepard; I.D.O. Nails, owned by Bella Okapal; and The Ivory Beauty Co., owned by Hanah Lynch and Rachel Eisel, all located under one roof.
Services offered include body and Brazilian waxing, nail services, spray tanning, body buffing, teeth whitening, permanent jewelry, ear piercing, injectables such as Tox, lip and dermal filler, body sculpting with T Shape 2, IV hydration, wellness injections, chemical peels, a weight loss program, and special event hair and makeup.
The building was previously home to a long-standing ophthalmology practice. New owners, Kali Hammer and Dot Barnes, renovated the property by creating new suite configurations, installing updated flooring, applying fresh paint, and upgrading the bathrooms.
“Improved visibility, access to parking, larger space with room to expand and offer other services is why this location is perfect,” Hammer said.
Together, the businesses share a space while uplifting and supporting one another. Their goal is to create a welcoming place where women in the community can feel pampered, supported, and empowered.
