One of the park benches in Wooster Green was damaged when it was hit by an all-terrain vehicle on Saturday.
The driver, Steven E. Davis, of Bowling Green, notified the Bowling Green Police Division of the accident. Davis said he was shuttling handicapped people across Wooster Green when the passenger side rear floorboard caught on the corner of a bench, breaking the leg.
The city’s Director of Public Services Joe Fawcett said the driver will be responsible for replacing the bench.
