Toledo School for the Arts has announced the start to their lottery application season, with the online application for the 2022-2023 school year lottery live now.
Students who are interested in applying for the lottery can visit TSA during their annual New Student Open House. This event starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6. Families can tour the school and talk to teachers and students to discover firsthand what makes the arts integrated education at TSA so successful and unique. RSVPs are required to attend, and masks are required of all guests regardless of vaccination status.
TSA is an Ohio public charter school and enrollment is done by lottery. All students entering grades 6-12 and living in Ohio with lottery applications and all required checklist documentation items in and complete by Friday, Jan. 28 at 3 p.m. will qualify for and be included in the 2022-2023 lottery to be held Friday, Feb. 25 with results posted on the TSA website at 5p.m. that day. (Anyone applying or are missing supporting document checklist items for the 2022-2023 school year after the January deadline will go into a hold status, to be added to the end of the wait list created by the new student lottery.)
