Dr. Kevin McCluney, an associate professor in BGSU’s Department of Biological Sciences, will discuss the impacts of human use of legal and illegal pharmaceuticals on aquatic and streamside food webs. A short talk will be followed by a panel discussion including collaborators and students involved in the research.
McCluney’s research focuses on understanding the causes and consequences of global change in both aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems.
This is the sixth in a series of events to highlight the important work being done by BGSU researchers that impacts the quality of life in our region, the state and the world.
