Harbor outreach specialist to talk about resources to treat depression, anxiety & other disorders

Visit the Wood County District Public Library as Kate Holsopple-Stainbrook, Outreach Specialist with Harbor, talks about depression, anxiety and co-occurring factors. This presentation will take place on Friday, February 23 at 2 p.m. in Meeting Room A& B.

Holsopple-Stainbrook will provide information about community resources as well as helpful strategies to use at home for those with depression and anxiety.
