Two retiring school board members endorse ‘Ardy’ Gonyer for BOE seat

We would like to go on record endorsing candidate Dr. Howard “Ardy” Gonyer for Bowling Green City Schools Board of Education.

As an entrepreneur and co-owner of two successful businesses in Bowling Green, Ardy has shown his ability to manage finances, has been resilient in guiding his business through COVID, has planned for the future and worked with

others to achieve success.

His experience serving on local boards and associations in Bowling Green for the past 10 years has required skills of collaboration, fiscal planning of future needs, social adeptness as well as communicating to the community what the direction, challenges and goals are of the organizations.

Born and raised in Bowling Green, and a graduate of Bowling City Schools class of 2004, as well as receiving his PhD in Higher Education Administration from BGSU, Ardy is committed to the future of our public schools as well as our

Bowling Green community.

Having served on the Bowling Green City Schools Board of Education for the past 8 years, and knowing the complexity of the challenges that are facing the public schools from the state and local level we wholeheartedly recommend Dr.

Howard “Ardy” Gonyer for one of the three positions on the ballot this November 7th.
