Jacob Hahn

Jacob P. Hahn, 24 of Woodville, OH, was tragically taken away from us far too soon on Saturday, December 9, 2023 following a car accident. He was born on October 12, 1999 to Charles “Chip” P. and Stephanie D. (Otis) Hahn in Columbus, OH. The love of his life was Savannah Harding, who too was taken from us on the 9th, and it was their shared love that gave them their son Beckett, who truly was the love of their life.

Jacob worked as an operator for RJ Corman Railroad services in Millbury, Ohio. While in school, Jacob participated in soccer, wrestling, and had state recognized achievements in both football as a kicker, and track. When not playing sports, Jacob found joy in maintaining and detailing his vehicles. Jacob was a good man, someone willing to help anyone and expect nothing in return. Family was important to Jacob, with those that knew him best saying that he lived his life for his fiancée Savannah and their child Beckett. In addition to his family, Jacob also had a lot of love for his Corman family and his friends. He had an infectious giggle that was known to bring others joy.

In addition to his son, Jacob is survived by his parents, Chip and Stephanie Hahn and brother Brandon (Samantha) Hahn all of Perrysburg. His grandparents, Marilyn Otis of West Jefferson and Don (Teri) Hahn and Lynn (Skip) McHenry both of London. In addition to these survivors’ numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and Jacob’s dogs Sadie and Mazie also survive. Preceding Jacob in death is his fiancée Savannah Harding and grandfather Charles (Pete) Otis.

Family and friends will be received from 2 – 6 pm on Sunday, December 17, 20203 at the Pemberville American Legion Hall 405 E Front St, Pemberville, OH 43450. Jacob will be laid to rest at a Family Committal Service in New Belleville Ridge Cemetery, Bowling Green, OH. Memorials may take the form of contributions to: Stephanie Hahn to benefit the care of Jacob and Savannah’s child Beckett.
