Chamber still active during pandemic

From BOWLING GREEN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce would like to make everyone aware of what has been implemented to provide the most up-to-date information for the business community.

In a statement from Mary Hinkelman, Executive Director, “The Chamber of Commerce is working behind the closed doors of the Four Corners Center and is still very accessible through email, phone or a prearranged appointment at this time.  We have been diligent in updating our website landing page with the most important and relevant information for our business community.  We are taking on the task of making this a one stop shop for information from the SBA Disaster Loan Assistance Application that finally opened for Ohioans late Thursday to the changes in the Unemployment Application process.    You can access the latest information from the City, Schools and Health Department and so much more.”  You can find this information at: https://www.bgchamber.net/

We also want the public to know that they can get up to date information on the community through The Morning Show at 88.1 FM streaming live on Tune-In Radio.  You can access this on your computer at:  https://www.bgchamber.net/the-morning-show/   Over the next few weeks Clint Corpe will adjust the format of the show to include updates from our businesses on whether or not they are open, adjustments to their hours and what they are doing to protect their employees, customers and clients, with a two to three minute interview.   We encourage them to share their “Best Bets” as we come together as a community to keep in contact with each other “remotely”.    To be included in this content of the show, please call the Chamber office or reach out to us through the link on the radio webpage and we will sign you up for a time slot.

The March 26 Lunch n Learn Unconscious Bias with Sheila Eason will be presented as a webcast at 12:00 noon.  If you haven’t registered yet, please do so we can include you in the webcast:  https://www.bgchamber.net/rsvp/
